Quick selection

Just one fancy at York today:

4.45  Bruslini  3rd 16-1

After disappointing selections yesterday, I'm glad I got a decent-priced placed horse today although from a win point of view I'm -1.  I would have gone for Izzi Top again (honestly) but I didn't have time to post before that race was off.  Looking forward to watching them later.

Rest day

Yesterday was good day and now I'm suffering for it!  I put Global Village with Red Merlin to make a healthy profit.  I was pretty confident about Global Village as Brian Ellison's horses have been in good form, he has form over further (so would have the stamina to get up the hill at the end), has won on soft ground and has previously run well in big fields.  Ellison was also keen on his chance.  My sister went to Haydock and I found two winners for her.  Today, I'll be watching the F1 and punting on the football instead of the racing (not too enthusiastic about today's cards).  So just one selection:

3.20 Worcester  I Can Run Can You  UP  (Never traveled)
